6454-902-Safe Haven Home for Girls

As a ministry of Ras Beirut Baptist Church, Safe Haven was founded in 2007 with 3 main objectives: To provide food, shelter, clothing, medical care and education to girls who have no access to these basic necessities, to teach Biblical values that will shape their character and guide them throughout their childhood and adult lives, and to be a blessing to the immediate families of the girls by modeling and sharing the love of Christ.

The preschooler being abused by her father. The child who can't remember the last time she ate. The one whose father passed away, leaving his wives struggling to care for their many children with no income. It was for girls like these that Safe Haven Home for girls first opened its doors. Safe Haven currently cares for 12 girls between the ages of 7 and 15. Some have experienced sexual abuse, many of them physical abuse, and all know personally the pangs of hunger.

Safe Have Home for Girls is a home for abused and disadvantaged girls in Beirut, Lebanon.

In order for Safe Haven to continue ministering to the girls God has put in our care, our big needs are staff, finances and prayers.

Please pray for the hearts of the girls to be radically transformed by the love of Jesus. Pray that their past traumas and hurts would be healed and redeemed, so that the girls can set healthy boundaries, make safe choices and receive the love and grace freely offered.

Pray for the provision of staff who exemplify the attributes of Christ and who are committed to serving the girls.

Pray and consider giving financially to allow Safe Haven to keep its doors open in order to provide a loving home for girls in need.
