The Vida Nova Study Bible is a one-book library developed in and for the Brazilian evangelical churches. It integrates over 5,000 exegetical study notes, the full Thompson chain reference system with over 80,000 marginal readings referenced to some 4,000 key words, a 25,000 entry concordance, 40,000 cross references, a glossary of Biblical terms, hundreds of preaching outlines, a doctrinal summary, color maps and more.
Up to 2,000 study Bibles will be donated to needy pastors and leaders in both Brazil and Portuguese-speaking Africa.
Of the total printing costs, 20% is being sought in donations. The additional amount will be covered through loans coming from within the Brazilian evangelical community.
Projected printing costs total over US $500,000. Each Bible costs $35.00.
