MBA in Finance or Accounting or similar credentials. Candidate must be detail oriented and technically savvy. Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational systems and accounting software. 5 year commitment.RESPONSIBILITIES
The finance manager is responsible for all financial reporting, budgets, audits and policies for the organization. This includes US government requirements for a 501c3; donor statements, 990, and GAAP audits. This also includes being responsible for the Nepali finances and will need to work with Nepali finance staff in following Nepali government standards.LIVING ENVIRONMENT
