Real Opportunities

One key for success on the ground is making sure the assignment fits. Not only do we put enormous effort into reporting, analyzing and publishing real and concrete opportunities from the field teams, we also take the time needed to coach individuals and work with them to make sure their gifting and passion fit one opportunity or another.

How are these Opportunities created?

The searchable list below is a vetted list. It has come as a request from the fields as they have looked hard at the vision God has for them and who else they will need as a team member to achieve those goals.

Every year our fields evaluate how they see God moving them as a team. From that self-assessment, they describe the needs of that direction, either with personnel or resources. Those articulated needs for people are then submitted so that they show up on this website. The jobs listed below are real opportunities that come off the strategic needs of our fields.

We're Open to New Ideas

We have many opportunities requested by our teams, but we're open to new ideas. God has moved us into over 60 countries by bringing us people with vision, passion and calling. If you don't find an opportunity that fits, or doesn't fully fit ... let's talk. Our first priority is relationship (i.e. "Are we a good fit for each other? You and WorldVenture"). Once that is clear, we will walk with you into almost anything.
