What Three Things Define Our Passion?
1. Deep, Lasting Impact for Jesus
This is our core passion ... Number One. Numero uno. Namba moja. Nombor satu. (pick your language)
Our passion is simple. We want to see deep, lasting impact for the good news of Christ around the world. And we are confident that deep, lasting impact is most possible through long-term relationships.
Some things don’t get faster even with new technology ... things like the human heart. All new medias and tools can be used, but in the end, the true advancement of the gospel cannot be done at a safe distance or without sacrifice. It never has.
Because of this, we place all our efforts at the job of finding the right people and sending them with the goal of deep immersion in the culture, which in turn creates the platform for deep, substantial relationships for Christ. Out of these precious investments come the unstoppable advancement of God around the world.

2. Support & Care of Our People
This is our second core passion.
Cross-cultural missions is not for the faint of heart.
To keep our standards high as a mission organization, we seek to provide the highest level of support and care for our global Christian workers. We’ve learned from years of experience how to support and keep God’s workers healthy and effectively working out their passion and calling for as long as God calls them to do it.
It is a heartbreak when a faithful God follower’s passion and calling is cut short because they hit challenges alone and were not able to recover. For this reason, we take every step necessary to look after our global family and resource them with the leadership, counseling, training, and encouragement they need to overcome in the name of Christ.

3. The Local Body of Christ
This is our final core passion.
God has no greater strategy for building His Kingdom than working through the body of Christ.
Every church is full of sinners — which is no shock since the gospel begins with the message “all men are sinners” — and we can point at headlines where those sins have shamed the name of Christ and confused many about the true beauty of the church. At the same time, some of the most important and substantial good brought into the world has come out of the faithfulness and selflessness of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ.
WorldVenture is mission organization proudly committed to working in, through, and with the local church — both in the United States and around the world.
