Job Summary:

This a chance to work with a Japanese church in encouraging their youth and teaming with them to do outreach.

Responsibilities:

Assisting youth with music, worship, friendship evangelism. Teaching English, gathering contacts. May work in 2-3 churches.

Requirements:

A person with a humble spirit, willing to adapt to the Japanese culture. A person who is a team player and who is willing to learn. Musical ability is desired (guitar, singing etc.) Also experience in youth group leadership. A strong handle on English in spoken and wirtten form. Typically someone who has had a few years of college or a college graduate is preferred.
