Youth Outreach Specialist	Japan \| Asia

Job Summary:

Working with a group of churches, the Youth Specialist would help to devleop regional youth networks for discipleship.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with local CB churches to develop a youth network. Develop a strategy with a national pastor to train youth pastors and network them, moving on to another region when a network is in place. An ultimate goal who be to establish next generation churches by raising up church planters from the networks who in turn would form their own church planting network.

Requirements:

BA in youth minstries. An MA/MDiv would be helpful. Three years experience as a youth pastor. Ability to play musical instruments, Creative, humble, a team player. Someone who can help a church or churches reach their goals. A servant facilitator.
