Job Summary:
Together with a new team of missionaries and nationals develop a team, a philosophy and train leaders for the church in Eastern DR Congo based in Goma.
Responsibilities:
Learn language and culture. Learn about ministry in the church and the life of the pastor. Work with a team of missionaries godly pastors and church leaders to develop and implement a university level theological training program that will transform the pastors' lives and their local community of believers.
Requirements:
M. Div. Pastoral experience or willing to get experience on field before teaching. Pastor's heart. Compassionate. Coaching ability. Team work. Able to work in a difficult area with limited teaching resources. Able to learn languages. Before final commitment an in-country vision trip to assess opportunities and help you prepare for the challenges seems essential.
