Oïkos is a training community, a multicultural environment that facilitates hands-on/church-based training for workers. |
|
| Responsibilities: |
Following successful completion of language study, team members engage in 1-2 years of practical training in multicultural ministry which includes: a local church internship, setting/fulfilling learning goals with a mentor practitioner, leading short-term evangelism teams, formal training seminars, required reading, etc. |
|

|
| Requirements: |
English speaking members are required to complete one year of formal French language learning. Formal language and culture learning opportunities are maximized by the informal, daily-life learning experiences that a multicultural, multilingual community like Oïkos naturally provides. Prefer those who have completed a minimum of 2 years of college.
