Job Summary:

A group of believers is led by lay pastor and the surrounding villages need evangelism and leadership training.

Responsibilities:

New believers need to be discipled and trained in the basics of Christianity and Christian living so that a church can be planted. This will normally involve visitation, teaching, preaching, mentoring, youth, women's and children's ministries.

Requirements:

Male. MDiv or equivilent. Experience in church founding and/or development.
