Job Summary:

The church planter will serve on a small team to establish indigenous, culturally relevant churches in a restricted access country where Islam is the predominant religion and believers in Christ number only one in 25,000.

Responsibilities:

The church planter will engage in evangelism and discipleship through personal contacts, web based ministries and other referrals. The goal is to foster personal encounters where individuals come to faith in Christ, are discipled and are folded into a new local church.

Requirements:

The primary emphasis will we be on church planting however, business skills or training are helpful in establishing a credible role in society. Skills and experience in evangelism and small groups are beneficial. Experienced overseas workers will provide guidance and mentoring. A humble spirit, learning attitude towards culture, and willingness to work with others are essential. 5 units (married couples or singles) requested.
