Job Summary:

To work with local EFC in discipleship and outreach ministries for starting new churches.

Responsibilities:

Discipleship ministries in existing churches. Start new ministries with the goal of eventual development of new churches. Personal encounters to develop follow-up.

Requirements:

Some experience in church work; a self-starter who can creatively discover how best to gather a group of people together and mold them into a functioning church; there will be plenty of room for originality and creativity for a self-motivated person as no one will outline step-by-step what should be done.
