Job Summary:

Help meet the spiritual, physical, mental, social, emotional and scholastic needs of hurting children and their caretakers.

Responsibilities:

Varies. Opportunities exist to develop programs for the children as well as for the caretakers. There is also a huge need for medical work, as well as community health teaching. Outreach programs into the community and other options exist.

Requirements:

BA degree and/or experience in areas of social or relief work. Experience with children helpful. Experience in discipleship and/or mentoring helpful. Missions intent as evidenced by such things as expressed desire to go into missions or taking a college mission’s internship, etc. Minimum of 2 years preferred. However, internships of 6 months or more are possible. Timing must be confirmed with Catharine Coon. Limit of 2 people at a time.
