Greg and Tori Finley are preparing to teach at New Creation Ministries (NCM) in Kigali, Rwanda. The people of Rwanda have such a limited understanding of the Bible that almost half the pastors attending NCM come to faith in Jesus Christ for the first time. Unfortunately, there are not enough teachers, so the Finleys are eager to help provide a strong biblical education, essential for spiritual growth.
Greg and Tori are excited that NCM’s emphasis is not merely on biblical education, but on personal transformation. Greg says, “It is not simply what is in the head of a pastor that is most important, but what is also in the heart.”
The Finleys are looking forward to seeing how God will use their skills, experiences and talents to transform the hearts and minds of Rwandese to be like the heart and mind of Jesus.
“The return on investment in this ministry is truly staggering,” says Greg. “Rwanda is the most densely populated country in Africa. A small but strategic investment in the heart of these pastors produces literally thousands and thousands of people committed to Jesus Christ.”
