Wheelchairs are so common to us, it is hard to imagine that there are people who don’t have access to even a rudimentary chair. In fact, the World Health Organization estimates 18 million people in developing countries need wheelchairs. The Penners have witnessed heart-wrenching scenes of handicapped children unable to function. Thank you for your support of this unique and life transforming evangelistic effort.
