The largest theological library in Rwanda is most likely smaller than the average personal libraries of most pastors in the United States. New Creation Ministries anticipates providing adequate library facilities to students. NCM anticipates advancing the discipleship of national believers by providing adequate biblical resources to their students. Funds will be used to purchase computer resources, books and other items necessary in setting up a library.
