How is WorldVenture structured? (About Us)

Most ministry strategy decisions are made overseas by the teams of workers involved in their particular areas of service. The executive staff (most of them former overseas workers themselves) supervises and leads various organizational divisions to facilitate field ministry. Our board of directors, composed of pastors and lay people who are elected by supporting U.S. churches, sets overall policy. The local churches with which WorldVenture partners are also involved to varying degrees in the strategy, supervision and care of the workers. WorldVenture is a member of the Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies (EFMA) and the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
