  • Mark...

Well, the last 3 blogs posted on our site has been about what Arlene is doing.  This one is about MARK!!  He's been so busy since our appointment with WV in June.  You can find him just about every evening sitting in front of the computer, on the telephone making contacts with people re: our ministry, or visiting with people sharing our ministry.  The rest of the time he is working with Simkins General Contracting--his full-time day job.  Mark has been faithful to the task, which is one reason why we are now at 38.79% in our support level.  God is using Mark in great ways to encourage others in their walk with Jesus!

  • THE WAY STATION OF TRUTH AND LIFE

That is a great name for a bookstore, don't you think?!  That's the bookstore where I work 3 days a week; it's located on Rt 553 in Glassboro.  It has been such a blessing to work alongside of Donna (the owner) and the others at the store.  It's the perfect place to talk about Jesus...and we certainly do that every day!  Smile God has been providing for us financially through this venue, for which we are grateful.  Stop in and visit us sometime when you're in the area!!

  • FOLLOWERS OF JESUS

Arlene began teaching a Sunday school class at our church (First Baptist of Clayton, NJ) in October.  This class is basically for young women or women who are young in the Lord or women who want to learn more about following Jesus.  The class is quite interesting and unique in that each week so far has been different...it's been more or less answering questions that the ladies bring with them, which is great!  Already Arlene has led one young woman to the Lord and she is now being baptized this coming Sunday, December 2.  How cool is that!!  We praise God for this opportunity and privilege to share God's truth with other women.

  • HANDMADE IN AFRICA...

God has given me (Arlene) many opportunities to promote and sell cards from Africa recently, especially since it's the holiday season.  The handmade cards are so beautiful and unique.  I feel privileged to be able to help the orphans of Rwanda in some small way by promoting these cards that they make.  If you haven't visited the website for these cards yet, you must do so.  Just go to http://www.cardsfromafrica.com/ to view them.
