miss you doug!

today i'm loading more "stuff" on to iTunes (a middle-age crisis thing). need a break. i sit back and for 55 awesome minutes take in "When Light Meets Darkness - Acts 14"; Sweetwater Community Church, Meridian, ID; March 26, 2006. What a great sermon - thank you again Doug.

And it reminded me that a couple weeks ago when leaving the church office (now Riverside Community Church) to walk home that I should take a moment and walk by the gym door there. I took a picture of it - not so much that you need to yet see again a picture of your father's name on something, quite the opposite i gather. But instead, so that I could have that moment of prayer and solitude to give thanks for all that Christ has, does and will continue to do, as well as the Holy Spirit and He All Mighty. And how they work so completely through you to touch so many.

Tonight at dinner I share this all with Sondra... and she tells me about your Blog and how she was reading it last night!!! Wow!!!
